FULL-TIME ROOF PLUMBER
Mornington Peninsula | Immediate Start Available | Long-Term Role

We specialise in metal roofing installation for high-end custom homes, multi-residential builds, dual-occ and townhouse developments, working alongside some of the region’s leading builders. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail — and we back that with a supportive, professional culture where people actually enjoy coming to work.
About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time qualified and experienced Roof Plumber to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for installing metal roofing, cladding, flashings, box gutters and more across a range of new-build projects. You’ll work alongside a hands-on Director who genuinely invests in training, mentoring and long-term career development — not just giving orders from the office.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well on site, and wants to grow within a company that values people, not just productivity.
What You’ll Need
Certificate III in Plumbing
White Card
Experience in metal roofing + plumbing
Australian working rights
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Bonus Points For:
➕ EWP ticket
➕ First Aid cert (we renew for the whole team annually)
➕ Experience using AroFlo — or willingness to learn
➕ Ability to support and set a good example for apprentices
