The Opportunity

Working from Bayside to the Peninsula, PMR is a long-established, well-respected family business now in a new and exciting chapter, led by a young family bringing fresh energy, high standards, and genuine care for our growing team.

We specialise in metal roofing installation for high-end custom homes, multi-residential builds, dual-occ and townhouse developments, working alongside some of the region’s leading builders. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail and we back that with a supportive, professional culture where people actually enjoy coming to work.

We’re looking for a full-time qualified and experienced residential Roof Plumber to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for installing metal roofing, cladding, flashings, box gutters and more across a range of new-build projects. 

This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Need

✅ Certificate III in Plumbing
✅ White Card
✅ At least 3 years experience as a qualified roofer

Bonus Points For:
➕ EWP ticket
➕ Current First Aid cert (we renew for the whole team annually)
➕ Experience using AroFlo or other Job Management Software
➕ Ability to support and set a good example for apprentices
➕ Leadership experience (managing a crew, apprentices)
